Advanced Fire Engineering – Maritime and Energy is growing! We continue our impact-making journey in the energy and transportation sectors, working to promote a safe and fast transition of these sectors away from carbon-based fuels to contribute to addressing climate change. About the role

As our new Resource Manager, you will be reporting directly to Thomas Hulin, Head of Advanced Fire Engineering – Maritime and Energy. Your role will be divided between two areas, one related to the Project part of the department and one related to administration.

Your goal is to help the team organize even better and run internal processes in a smooth manner.

Within the Project part of the department, you will play a pivotal role in the team, working together with our Team Leaders and Project Leaders to staff the projects and assist with project economy, reporting, and administrative aspects.  

On the administrative side, you will assist the Department Head in creating and maintaining overviews of project portfolio and economy, to help promote a transparent and positive culture inside the team.

Your closest colleagues are the Department Head, Team Leaders, Project Leaders, and Business Developers, but the nature of your tasks will bring you in contact with the whole team.

The role is available in DBI headquarters in Hvidovre.

Your main tasks will be:

• Develop and maintain an overview of on-going projects in the department and communicate it to the department

• Staff projects with the right people and ensure no work overload, together with the Team Leaders

• Create economy overview of the department with the Department Head

• Represent the perspective of the Project pole in recruitment and development activities

• Coordinate project budgets with the Project Leaders

• Assist with administration matters related to projects

What you need to succeed

We expect that you:

• bring proven experience in Project Management.

• have interest in economy and administration.

• excel in both written and spoken English.

• have an interest in and understanding of communication

In addition, it would be beneficial if you:

• have an understanding of technical topics/engineering

• have prior experience working with Quality
