That's how Femern A/S describes the recent achievement: just before the weekend storm, they moved the 21-meter-high floating gate for the first time. The gate seals the deep basins before the tunnel elements can be towed out.

- We can now check off another milestone from our checklist - we have moved our floating gate for the first time which until now has been located in the middle of basin B where it was cast, Femern posted on Facebook about the test.
