Are you ready for an exciting challenge? Fehmarn Belt Tunnel Project is seeking a proactive RISK Manager to join our dynamic team.
About Us:
Fehmarn Belt Tunnel Project is responsible for constructing the world's longest immersed tunnel, connecting Denmark and Germany by 2029. As part of the consortium FEMERN SICE COBRA (FSC), we're dedicated to equipping the tunnel with cutting-edge Electrical and Mechanical (MEP) systems. As FSC's RISK Manager, you will be one of the first 10 people here in Denmark to play a key role in the success of our Fehmarn Belt Tunnel project.
You will work closely with the rest of the management team and develop and lead all RISK activities. Act as the point of contact with the client for RISK matters. Coordinate risk management across project areas.
As our RISK Manager, we imagine you have a background with:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, project management, risk management, or related field.
- Relevant risk management certification (e.g., PMI-RMP).
- Knowledge of applicable laws and standards in risk management and construction.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Knowledge of modern risk management tools and technique
You possess a can-do attitude and take responsibility for tasks until completion while inspiring and motivating others. You are ambitious, motivated by collaboration with diverse colleagues and can apply analytical and critical thinking while easily adapting to change.
To excel in this role, you should have the following track record:
- Minimum 7 years of documented experience in risk management, including experience with complex engineering or construction projects.
- Experience in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks in construction projects, including specific experience with risks associated with tunnel construction or similar infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective risk management strategies, including the establishment of contingency plans and risk mitigation measures.
