Management of the construction works for the University Hospital of Odense, built by the JV between CMB and Itinera and winner of the BIM & Digital Award.

Indeed, the management field has acquired a fundamental role in highly complex projects and accentuates the necessary know-how in the BIM sphere, a fundamental tool for design and its quality. The NYT OUH, a 250.000sqm project, is transversal to the development of the Construction and Project Management sector, today one of the core business of ATIproject.

To date, the works for the NYT OUH have for the most part started, with an advanced stage of construction in blocks 03-04, carried out in parallel with blocks 05-08. The facades have been validated and installed starting with prefabricated panels, while ribbon windows have been installed to curtain walls and cells. The closure of the building envelope allowed to perform internal works while the waterproofing of the underground floors and the insulation of the roofs were carried out, already coordinated with the MEP suppliers and installers  through drawings and constructive details.

Final milestone is the “Topping Out Ceremony” which marks a turning point for all the actors involved, starting with those who are an integral part of the construction process.
